    Aims and Scope


    TAMBORA: Jurnal Transformasi dan Kolaborasi Masyarakat is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to disseminating scholarly and evidence-based community engagement initiatives that contribute to community empowerment, transformation, innovation, and sustainable development.


    TAMBORA provides a scientific platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, government institutions, non-governmental organizations, community organizations, and other stakeholders to disseminate the results of community-based programs and collaborative interventions. The journal emphasizes the application of knowledge, technology, innovation, and interdisciplinary approaches to address real-world community challenges.


    The journal particularly welcomes manuscripts that demonstrate a clear connection between identified community needs, intervention strategies, implementation processes, measurable outcomes, and sustainable impacts. Manuscripts should provide sufficient evidence of the effectiveness, relevance, and potential sustainability of the implemented program.


    TAMBORA welcomes original articles covering, but not limited to, the following areas:

    TAMBORA encourages manuscripts involving collaboration among universities, government institutions, industries, non-governmental organizations, and community groups. Interdisciplinary and evidence-based approaches are particularly encouraged.


    The journal does not prioritize manuscripts that merely describe ceremonial activities, routine socialization, or one-time events without a clear needs assessment, intervention framework, measurable outcomes, evaluation, and evidence of community impact.
